50 jumping jacks.
20 Jumps in first then second position
20 squats
30 butterfly kicks.
10 bend & stretches on each leg
Tuesday

Wednesday:
20 half-push ups.
2 minute arm routine
2 minute weight-lifting
Thursday:
-
Friday:
20 sit-ups
10 crunches
30 second plank (go for longer if you can)
20 inner thigh lifts (each leg)
